Thirdly, rest. In your bid to do as much as possible, never forget to rest. Stress has a negative impact on the body emotionally and mentally. When I find myself losing my cool, I take a short break, which refreshes my mind and allows me to think properly.
This is very important. I have had the experience of attempting to reduce and sometimes completely remove resting hours from my day and it's something I deeply regret.
