It's quite interesting and exciting to know that Hive is gaining more adoption by the day. Everyday, we see more persons signing up and longing to begin their journey on this revolutionary social media platform. I may not show you any stats on this post to prove this but I'll just share some experiences I have of recent.

I have been on Hive for a few years now and it's been a rewarding experience. Due to the many benefits and outstanding value Hive added to me, I made it a point of duty to tell anyone who cared to listen about the platform.

Well, I recall that back then, a greater percentage of people I told about Hive paid deaf ears or didn't show gross interest. To crown it all, some persons even nicknamed me steem Hive but I didn't mind; I only smile after all it is a good name to be called.

For some persons like @uyobong, @ladygospel, @mhizerbee and many others, I kept persuading until they finally got on the ship. I just let some persons be. Reason being that, I always believed that when their eyes were open to the positive revolution Hive brought, they'll be the ones running to me to get onboarded.

The Impact of HIVE Becomes More Visible

Just like I predicted, the tables have turned. As the impact of Hive got more visible and clear to these persons who turned Hive down back in the days, they're now longing to get onboarded. Already I have signed up two persons this January and more persons are piling up.

It has become clearer that Hive is a true social media revolution. It's not compared to the web2 platforms so, why would people not want to join us here? What Hive offers can't be seen or gotten anywhere else for now. So, we'll definitely see more persons coming onboard as time goes on.

Have the Right Mindset

To strive on Hive, the right mindset is needed else you'll be faced with frustration. Yes, there's money to be made but beyond the money, you have to believe in the mission/ purpose of Hive to fully enjoy the blogging space. Many came onboard here but they had the wrong mindset, motives and intentions. In turn, they were disappointed so, they left. Consistency is needed above all to excel here. This post by @taskmaster4450le further buttresses this.

In summary, what I have learned so far here is that, 'the damages inconsistency causes is far greater than the results consistency brings." So, what would you rather choose.
