Last year 2021 was an amazing one for the LeoFinance Community as we recorded lots and lots of developments and upgrades within the ecosystem. In retrospect, 2021 was LeoFinance's best year in my opinion.

For me, the price of a digital asset doesn't really depict the quality of the project. Which is way I am not really bothered at the low price of LEO at the moment because I'm certain that it's just a matter of time before LEO sees an upside. I see the quality and success of a project to be the use cases it brings to birth, the community it has been able to build and how tough, resilent and supportive the community is. Equally, the developments around a project, the solutions and products it offers is what I use in defining the success of a crypto project. It's just not about price.

Only short-sighted persons judge assets with price alone. Price doesn't determine a good tech. Yes, price is a factor but it shouldn't be considered in the short-term alone. A good tech and/or crypto project will always do well in terms of price in its future days. Yes, I digressed from my topic but I hope the digression was worth it.

Speaking of the developments in LeoFinance, one of them is the launch of the LeoFinance Mobile which is now available on both Android and iOS. Quite impressive of the LeoFinance team led by @Khaleekazi. So, I finally decided to use the Android application and I'll be giving an honest feedback on my first experience with the application.

File Size Firstly, I would say that it is uncommon to see social media applications with a low file size as that of LeoFinance Mobile. It's great that the application is built in such a simple manner that it can be accepted by many devices and can also be afforded by a greater percentage of users. One of the many turn offs people get when it comes to mobile applications is a large file size. Also, not all mobile devices can accept applications with a large file size. LeoFinance is a little above 10 MB of storage size. However, this make increase a bit as the application isn't fully completed.

Simplicity One very key and important thing noted is that the LeoFinance Mobile is simple in nature. There are no too many complexities such that a layman can easily navigate his way through the application.

Speed Concerning this, I noticed that the loading speed on the application is quite fast. This makes the application less frustrating to use. But I believe the speed can still be optimized.

Login and Landing Page It was a bit difficult trying to login and setup my account. First, I tried logging in via Facebook but it wasn't loading properly.

I then had to switch to hivesigner login method. After a long while of loading, I finally got in. This wasn't pleasing and I really can't tell the cause but I hope it's being rectified.

Image Upload Another downside seen on my part is the inability to upload photos.

Equally, on successful login, I had a blank screen for a very long while. I had to close the application and waited for hours before launching the application.

Word Count and Estimated Reading Time Here's my little suggestion, I think it would be wise to show the number of words for published posts together with an estimated reading time. It feels good to know how long or short an article is while reading through.

On the wallet page, I noticed that some features are yet to be fully developed. I hope there'll be completed in little or no more to enable maximum utilization of the application.

In summary, these are just the few things I noticed and I hope to drop more reviews as I engage the application. On the whole, I really do love the LeoFinance Mobile application. Not everyone likes using the web version so, it's a worthy and timely alternative. For me, it will enhance my engagement in the community and my overall activeness in the community.
