My 2022 Hive Goals: Improved Engagement and Staking
I seem pretty much late with this post but it's better late than never as usual. Many persons have published their goals on Hive for the year 2022. I have read some of them and their goals are quite huge and challenging which is why I have decided to equally share my goals here.
I feel publishing it will serve as a reminder and will encourage me more to work at realizing the stated goals. It's not going to be a long one because my Hive goals for 2022 aren't that much in numbers but achieving the few goals are quite tasking.
Remember, goals should be specific, moderate, achievable, realistic and time-bound. So, when setting out goals for yourself, they should be straight to the point and clear enough for any other person to understand. Also, don't be too hard on yourself when setting out some goals. Many do this alot and they end up not being able to complete any single task.
My 2022 Hive Goals
Last year wasn't much of a great year for me on Hive because I wasn't focused, consistent and steady. In turn, I did very little and achieved little as well. I look forward to changing that this year because I want better results, outcomes and achievements. My goals are as follows:
- Improved Engagements: This year, I want to my engagement rate to be improved and on the high side. That is, I want to make more comments and contributions on other authors' article than I create posts. Still on that, I want to be consistent in posting therefore, I've decided to make publishing at least one in per day in any community here on Hive.
I believe that in engaging more than I used to, my presence will be more visible in the community and possibly, my earning level could increase. Ultimately, in engaging, I will be contributing to the network effect that will help LeoFinance and Hive grow higher.
If we engage more, we could see Leofinance.io getting higher ranks on Alexa and that could draw more users to the platform. They're many other benefits attached to being a very active member both to the user and the community at last. This is the core of my Hive goals for the year 2022 and I hope I get to achieve it.
- Increases Staking: This year 2022, I'd love to buy and stake more second-layer tokens as they appear to be the future of Hive. So far, I have stakes in SPORTS, CCC, CTP, NEOXIAN, LEO, LIST and others. The goal is to stake more so, I can give out more via upvotes and also position myself for when they will moon.
- Consistency: The last on the list of 2022 Hive goals is learning to be consistent. Consistency is a very critical component towards progressing in Hive blog. I just want to available everytime except there are issues I can't control. I know sometimes, it can get really frustrating on Hive when you don't see what you expected. But when you enjoy what you are doing, consistency becomes easy.
Hence, the above are my unique 2022 Hive goals and I'm ready to work towards achieving them.
