Setting goals is pretty great but what matters most is working towards achieving set goals. What we see most often is people who set goals but lack the discipline and zeal to accomplish them. It's great that you keep reminding yourself of your goals and that makes you get closer to accomplishment.

Likewise, my major Hive goal for this year is staying consistent in engaging. If I can do that then, I'll be the greatest achiever here. Secondly, I am poised on increasing my stakes in the second-layer.

So, the important thing is to keep showing up everyday regardless of whether you get upvoted as expected or not. The more you keep showing up, the more curators find you serious and the better your odds at getting their upvotes.
