Why is it important to make rules?
Every tribe needs rules for proper management. Through the rules, we know what is right and what is wrong. If you want to blog properly, the rules are very important. It is better to follow the rules to get rid of various problems. Discipline can be restored through rules.
What are the current rules?
There is no doubt to downvote on some issues like PLAGIARISM, spam. Anyone can downvote in PLAGIARISM post. No one can vote for their own post (self-vote). We usually see downvotes in some such posts. Beautiful, good, nice comments like this are spam. There is no problem in downvoting these kinds of comments.
Why are there problems in making rules?
Problems are being created when it comes to making rules in any other matter in a downvote. Muting is an argument. The POB tribe can also be harmed by the person you are muting. Suppose the person you are muting got angry with the POB tribe and started to downvote using his huge amount of HIVE power and POB power. He became detrimental to the pob tribe. When you trying to solve a problem, another problem arises. Not everyone will agree on the muting.
Why refrain from unnecessary downvotes?
If you have seen any downvote war. Then see how the downvoters have been damaged. You may have noticed that both sides have suffered. Their curators left them. Everyone dislikes and hates them. They stay away from their touch. These are the things that happen. So it is better to abstain from downvoting unnecessarily.
I am requesting something
POB TRIBE will be open to everyone. I would only request everyone not to use downvote unnecessarily. When someone will downvote, the reason must be shown in the comments. Do not use downvotes for personal reasons. Avoid downvote which is harmful to the POB tribe.
