Someone like me that doesn't keep cash in the account, relies heavily on speed to conduct my daily transactions Since i carry out p2p trading of cryptocurrency, havingBeing worth a 100 million naira and can't come up to 10mil to solve a problem in 2hours is nonsense Partially why I don't buy lands and keep, They're not liquid Even distress sale and discounts sales still take time for most locations especially for those far developed and developing areas, land is a store of value but not a good one for emergencies salez too raise funds.

I'm bringing this up again because a lot of people will start building portfolios for the bull market to come and also physical investments (especially the latter), pay attention so you don't get stranded or miss out on sweet quick money grabs due to being illiquid which is not having cash or not having assets for trading
As we keep waiting for the market to change its trend i think this is one of the best time too start accumulating the coins and tokens one will like to invest in as the bear market has dropped the price of alot of assest both in forex and in the cryptocurrency evem too as far the commodity market and the bond market.
