OFFICIAL WINNERS LIST FOR #HivePUD (Hive Power Up Day) July 1st, 2021

    Again, a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who contributed to this month's #hivepud, either through powering up, posting, offering prizes, or spreading the word. Altogether we had:

  • 137 posts on the 1st tagged with #HivePUD and/or #HPUD.
  • 123 people who powered up and posted on the 1st using #HivePUD and/or #HPUD, with 66 of those qualifying for prizes.
  • 40,116 Hive (worth approx $12,837 USD) powered up from Hive Power Up Day participants during the hours of the first via their local time.
  • 2,579,712 (yes, that's right - over 2 million!) Hive (worth approx $825,508 USD) powered up by 401 people during the 24 hour UTC time set to earn @hivebuzz badges (check out their Feedback from the July 1st Hive Power Up Day - ATH Volume record! post for more info).

All in all, it was most definitely another wicked awesomesauce Power Up Day, my Hive friends!

 

One Year of Power Up Day Stats, in chart form

As promised (particularly to @taskmaster4450 and @hivecoffee) here are a couple of graphics showing some of the numbers from the past 12 months, ever since I took over managing Power Up Day from @streetstyle, after his unexpected absence from the blockchain back in late May 2020.

I didn't include the numbers for June 2020 because that's when Street first went missing and things got a bit confusing that first month. I plan to also put all the numbers into a spreadsheet, and figure I'll periodically do some updated graphics to show how things are going (especially since I'm not completely happy with the line graph & want to tweak it a bit).

PLEASE NOTE @eddiespino (@aliento), @improv, and @alokkumar121 - while @podping is officially in 2nd place (and number 8 on the list of largest power ups for the day!), I spoke to @brianoflondon (who is the owner of the account) and he said he would decline the prizes. That means that this month the top three prizes will go to places 1, 3, and 4 (instead of 1, 2, and 3). Thank you for doing that, Brian!

And as I said before, this month I'll also include the list of people who didn't qualify for the prize pool into my special my 1 year celebration drawing, but instead of tagging them all here again, I'll wait and tag the winners in the comment section when I do my drawings and delegations in the morning.

So if you're part of the Spanish community and were unable to qualify for this prize pool, be sure to check it out. She is the busiest & most amazing Hive Momma ever!
