What's the main aspect that makes us into who we are?

I've taken time wondering about what I've experienced in life up until today, and what's the main aspect that makes me into who I am today.

And the answer I got is, "Mindset".

Everything in life, up until the day you die, is the cause of what you think and do.

Every single day you do something,
Every single action comes from your decision And every decision stems from your mindset

Why do I emphasize so much on the word, "Mindset"? "Mindset" is present everywhere, and it's what evolves our modern into what it is now.

Bullshit?
How did Thomas Edison improve the light bulb without "Mindset"? How did Elon Musk become one of the best innovators without a "Mindset"? How was Hive, the best crypto rewarding blog created without "Mindset"?

It's the cause of "Mindset" no matter if you're successful or failure, rich or poor, hardworking or lazy, and courageous or cowardly.

The successful says: It's hard, but I should try again. The failure says: It's hard, I should just give up.

The rich says: I control and manage my expense. The poor says: I can't control my expense.

The hardworking says: Life is hard, so I'll need to work harder. The lazy says: Life is hard, so just let it be.

The courageous says: Fear is scary, all the more I should face fear. The cowardly says: Fear is scary, I'll avoid them.

The situation can be similar, but the decision of each individual differs depending on their mindsets.

An example would be asking a rich man and a drunkard homeless on the street why they're in this situation. Their answer was: My father was an alcoholic.

I grow up as an average kid, sometimes helping my mom sell food as she was a chef. I got to see my mom's financial situation worsen each day, since then, I vowed to myself that I'll change my life for the better, no matter what it takes. I then started taking odd jobs like washing dishes, selling rare pokemon cards(I found ways to sort out rare cards from booster packs), selling tradeable items on games, and anything that earns me money. I managed to save up quite a sum, even though it didn't change my life much, it managed to help my mom out in some cases. Even now, I've never stopped trying to earn no matter where I am, I get ideas from visiting my wife's relatives, from going on small vacations within the country, and basically, everywhere I go. Even though most of my business ventures were a failure, I've never stopped, not even once. I believe in life-changing miracles, but that's only if I don't give up. Then I wondered why and how did I develop this mindset, that's how I reminisce my memories from childhood that my financial situation, and how hard my mom was working which motivates me to push through even today.

Not everyone will encounter a situation that forces them to change their mindset, but the best way to live is to always be positive no matter what life throws at you. Never stop believing in yourself no matter what.

  • If you don't have an entrepreneur mindset, at least strive to achieve the best in your career no matter what profession you're in
  • If you don't feel a need to be rich, at least strive to be financially stable, save up for emergency funds and invest for your retirement.
  • If you don't dare to push through everything in life, then all the more you must thoroughly plan your life and be cautious in your decision.

I don't feel the need to motivate you guys to all be successful and rich, as not everyone has the same outlook on living life. But developing a positive mindset is a must to live life happily.

Lastly, live life to the fullest, don't let regret confront you when you retire.
