Financial Goals 2021
The truth is that I was a little tired to prepare this post, first because I feel that I don't know anything about finances, and second because with the accounting and business issues and now cryptoactives I get quite confused.
BUT, as we are talking about the things I want to achieve, or the goals I have this 2021, I think I can make an effort and contribute what I can.
I must emphasise that I joined the blockchain for the love of writing and being able to express myself freely, but along the way I have become very interested in the crypto world and even took a trading course a few weeks ago and it is really interesting to me.
Investment strategy...
Therefore my major investment strategy would be this way, by preparing a trading plan, perhaps at the beginning move a few Hives, choose some currencies to save until I reach a good investment and bet on a currency that can receive long term benefits. (Part of the goal is to investigate which ones suit me)
As the BTC is very expensive right now, I would go for Hive and LEO, and go climbing with the ALTcoins.
Investment in Hive...
Since I entered the chain I am investing in Hive, I put everything at 100% Power Up, and I barely took 5 dollars out of the account and it was just to prove that I could get money out in my country. Likewise I want to continue investing in it, to reach a stable level of voting, to win by healing and to use the blog for initiatives and personal recreation.
Metas Financieras 2021
La verdad es que me pesó un poco sacar las fuerzas para preparar este post, primero porque siento que no sé NADA de finanzas, y segundo porque con los temas contables y de negocios y ahora criptoactivos me enredo bastante.
PERO, como estamos hablando de las cosas que quiero lograr, o las metas que tengo este 2021, creo que puedo hacer un esfuerzo y aportar lo que pueda.
Debo recalcar que me uní a la blockchain por amor a la escritura y poder expresarme libremente, pero en el camino me he interesado mucho en el mundo cripto y hasta hice un curso de trading hacen unas semanas y me está interesando mucho.
Estrategia de inversión...
Por lo tanto, mi estrategia mayor de inversión sería por esta vía, preparando un plan de trading, tal vez al inicio mover unos cuantos Hives, elegir algunas monedas para ir ahorrando hasta alcanzar una buena inversión y apostar a una moneda que pueda recibir beneficios a largo plazo. (Parte de la meta es investigar cuales me convienen)
Como ahorita el BTC está muy caro, me iría por Hive y LEO, e ir escalando con las ALTcoins.
Inversión en Hive...
Desde que entré a la cadena estoy invirtiendo en Hive, todo lo coloco al 100% de Power Up, y a penas he sacado 5 dólares de la cuenta y fué solo para probar que si podía sacar dinero en mi país. De igual forma quiero seguir invirtiéndole, para llegar a un nivel de voto estable, ganar así por curaciones y usar el blog para iniciativas y recreación personal.
Indirect investments...
It is worth emphasizing what we are doing in the SMILE project, which is an indirect investment as it makes users aware of my account and follow it, more active followers, more possibilities of profit.
The project itself seeks to move people around on the same server and the blockchain, to make sure that new people find help, that curators have first-hand content, that it is a home for competitions, activities, that users interact and get to know each other. (all this revolving around Hive)
And well, I understand that it is an investment of my time, assets, work and resources, and of all the members, but it can help the blockchain Hive a lot, therefore it helps us in a long term.

Other investments...
Something that I did start in 2020 was my business Tripode (https://linktr.ee/tripode) where I prepare art, and can be printed on any type of accessory, article and furniture (of those who make). I see it as an investment because they are not exclusive arts, and they remain valid forever, therefore, it can be that an art has many purchases in different articles, without me having to move much, and they are the ones who are in charge of printing on the articles and sending them. I just create the content.
Some long term plans...
I intend in the future (and when my pocket allows me) to invest in plots of land in my country where I see the greatest population growth. I don't know if it works the same in other countries, but here they work like savings pigs, I easily buy a plot now at 86k dollars, and in three years it goes up to 120k.
I also plan to buy a flat of my own, and rent 2 rooms, to initially finance the loan payment I may have to pay, and then function as a payment on personal resources.

Inversiones indirectas...
Cabe recalcar lo que estamos haciendo en el proyecto SMILE, que es una inversión indirecta ya que hace que los usuarios conozcan mi cuenta y la sigan, más seguidores activos, más posibilidades de ganancias.
El proyecto en sí, busca mover a las personas en un mismo servidor, que los nuevos encuentren ayuda, que los curadores tengan contenido a primera mano, que sea casa para concursos, actividades, que los usuarios interactúen y conozcan. Nacimiento de comunidades y desarrollos de otras. Conciertos y juegos para entrar gente de fuera de la plataforma a Hive e ideas para que los autores que ya están adentro se queden. (todo esto girando alrededor de Hive)
Y nada, entiendo que es una inversión de mi tiempo, activos y trabajo, y de todos los integrantes, pero que puede ayudar mucho a la blockchain, e indirectamente a nosotros mismos.

Otras inversiones...
Algo que si inicié en el 2020 fué mi negocio Tripode (https://linktr.ee/tripode) en donde preparo artes, y se pueden imprimir en cualquier tipo de accesorio, artículo y mueble (de los que hacen). Lo veo como una inversión porque no son artes exclusivas, y se mantienen vigentes para siempre, por lo tanto, puede ser que un arte tenga muchas compras en diferentes artículos, sin yo tener que moverme mucho, y ellos son los que se encargan de imprimir en los artículos y enviarlos. Yo solo me encargo de crear contenido.
Algunos planes a largo plazo...
Pretendo en un futuro (y cuando el bolsillo me lo permita) invertir en solares en mi país donde vea mayor crecimiento poblacional. No se si funcione igual en otros países, pero aquí funcionan como cerditos de ahorro, fácilmente compro un solar ahora en 86k dólares, y en tres años sube a 120k.
Planeo también comprar un apartamento propio, y alquilar 2 habitaciones, para en un inicio financiar el pago del préstamo que posiblemente tenga que pagar, y luego funcione como pago de recursos personales.
