Many people have been having a tough go of it with this whole outbreak thing but never fear, when there's a will there's a way. Bellow is a template that I made to get me and my family through these trying times.

This post was inspired by @greywarden100. Please, do not rely solely on this document without having an understanding of what your right are.

He who knows not of his rights, has none to protect.

If I reach 100 upvotes on this post I will do a deep dive on why this letter works to exempt you from having to comply with any statutes or you could just DYOR. I hope this helps.

I, [state your name], hereby state that I have chosen not to vaccinate [myself] because I am religiously and philosophically opposed to the concept of vaccines.

I maintain that this is a responsible and ethically justifiable position for the following reasons:

  • vaccination is a medical intervention performed on a healthy [human being] that has the ability to result in injury or death of that [human being];
  • the fact that there can be no guarantee that the deliberate introduction of killed or live microorganisms into the body of a healthy [human being] will not cause compromise the health or cause the death of that [human being], either immediately or in the future;
  • no predictors have been identified by medical science that can give advance warning that injury or death may occur in any individual [human being];
  • there are no guarantees that the vaccine will indeed protect the [human being] from contracting a disease;
  • there is an absence of adequate scientific knowledge regarding the way vaccines singly, or in combination, act in the human body at the cellular and molecular level;
  • there is a lack of lawful accountability for anyone who would produce and/or administer vaccine’s leaving no legal remedy for victims of vaccine related injuries or deaths.

Therefore, I believe that vaccination is a medical procedure that could reasonably be termed as experimental each time it is performed on a healthy [human being].

My state law makes provisions for non-vaccination of [people] who object to vaccines for religious or philosophical reasons. I accept full responsibility for [my own health and well-being], and because of philosophical conviction, do not wish for myself to be vaccinated. In the event of any infectious condition, I would of course remain at home. I further understand that during the course of an outbreak of any so called “vaccine preventable disease” would occur at [your facility], [I am] subject to exclusion at [your facility] for the duration of the outbreak.
