This is an amazing recipe with minimal ingredients and taste is above all the wild imaginations that you can have. Even the image of this craves me for this amazing recipe. It is a piece of advice to all the readers, if you're not making this recipe it is a missed opportunity. So let's have a look at it :-

Baingan Ka Bharta!!

| Mashed Egg Plant.

This dish ummmmm every time I write the name I have flash of the amazing crux of the flavours it creates on my tastebuds. Seriously, this is by far the most tastiest way of making Egg plant. I can guarantee that this recipe is the one that you won't regret trying at your home. I have made a detailed recipe of the same, please feel free to get in touch if you have any concern.

Ingredients:

  • Finely chopped Onions.
  • Mashed Egg Plant.
  • Tomatoes, Will be grated directly into the vessel.
  • Salt to taste, Red Chilli Powder and Turmeric Powder.

The Main Preparation.

First put the Eggplant on high flame, directly on the stove.

Turn the Eggplant over and roast it evenly, once it is done ripe the skin and mash it.

This is what mashed Eggplant looks like.


Now the making..

Take a wok or an open vessel and add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Add Finely chopped Onions and Green Chillies to the wok.

Once the Onions are done grate the Tomatoes in the vessel.

Now the mixture is simmered and add spices:

  • Salt to taste,
  • 2 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder,
  • 1 tbsp of Turmeric Powder.

The Tomatoes have released its juice, a good time to add mashed Eggplant.

Give it a good mix.

This is how it looks. The dish is almost done let it simmer for 2 minutes and it is done.

And the amazing dish of Eggplant is ready. Best served with Chapati.
