I placed this topic on my document for over 3 weeks because I want to post it before the end of the year. The year is rounding up, so it looks like the right time. I did something similar to this last year.

It is in my culture to appreciate. Maybe it is because of my tribe, but it is what I do often. I appreciate my staff, my team, my family, investors, and everyone that has been a plus to my life. The year is packing out. In 2 days we will talk about 2022. Many people are already drafting out their plans for the year 2022 and I have seen a couple in Hive goals and targets for the year. Well, for me, I have moved out of the year since the 15th of the month. I have been planning big for 2022. How I will stabilize my company and get a lot of hive power here.

Talking of everything that is plus to me, Hive is included. There are people I cherish so much in here. They have encouraged me to do many things. The full success is not showing now, but consistency remains a key. Well, according to James Clear.

We cannot predict the value our work will provide to the world. That’s fine. It is not our job to judge our work. It is our job to create it, to pour ourselves into it, and to master our craft as best we can.

So, I believe we just have to keep on doing the things we know how to do as best. It doesn’t matter the result. If we fail, we learn, if we win, we celebrate.

There are times I create content and I feel the value is enormous but sometimes contents like that are the least I got in engagement and curation, but sometimes I create content within 20 minutes and this will have a much engagement with lots of curation.

2021 is indeed a remarkable year in my life. I have my business set up, a suitable house and other big things, so I appreciate the result from this year.

I only create content now on Hive. Though I took over the management of the Broadhive tribe recently and I have to take things slow with the community for now because there are many things to fix about it.

There are key curators I will mention in this post for appreciation because I don’t know any other way I can pass the message across to them. 1 year down the line, most of my contents are curated by @appreciator, @bdvoter, @leo.voter, @curangel, recently @qurator, @neoxian, the curation from @ph1102 and a few others (I don’t want to mess up the post with mentions). I understand some curators are working underneath to sort out the good content for the whales to curate. Some are known, while some are unknown. I just like to say a big thank you for the support from the curators and the big whales supporting good content.

Thank you Hive for 2021.
