Ethermine no longer allowing DEX frontrunning in their mined blocks.

Doesn't sound permisionless, but it is well intended.

Good or bad ?

How long until miners go "No longer processing XXX coin transfer or XXX wallet tx for compliance reasons" ?

Opinions? Do we see now the first censorship on ETH and will it become more and more with Proof of stake?

Would be very nice if eth would go suicide mode.
