Stolen BTC from Bitfinex hack 2016 move

As you can see a ton of btc is moving around from the 2016 Bitfinex hack.

What does it mean? To be honest IDK.

Why the BTC doesn't sell earlier? Why no dump?

Maybe the BTC are toxic and exchanges track them and don't accept them. Maybe maybe maybe.

The guy/s that has the keys could be in jail for that time and is now out. And now he moves the coins around.

With mixer and swaps like in defi, these coins could be easily dumped/traded for another crypto. So it maybe doesn't mean they come to the free market.

What do you think, besides the fact, its a ton of cash :)
