Winter is coming
If people can't pay their bills this winter and companies mass lay off their employees because of high energy prices, this will affect world markets.
That's not a "this winter" scenario. I don't see a way how it will be fixed by next year. I don't see how companies survive it.
less export means weaker currency means higher import prices.
And higher import prices on energy mean even fewer exports.
Mass unemployment in Europe will cause a worldwide currency/economy crisis.
Supply chains will be fucked on a level, nobody can really tell.
And demand will most likely stay high for everything. Special basic stuff for daily life.
IMO the biggest problem is all the long-term impacts. Like less fertilizer production today, more world hunger tomorrow.
