HIVESTATS: One Step more to Hive Power "Dolphin" Status

I wish I could hit 5k Hive Power in 3 days time to celebrate Hive's first anniversary. Reaching 3,830.696 HP as at the time of writing this post leaves me 1.17k HP away from that mark. I wish I could see the future then, most of the HP that were powered down wouldn't have been. I should have comfortably stayed above 10k HP by now.

Though, we don't cry over spilt milk as we can do something now. Thanks to the Second layer tokens like LEO which has been a singular force to building my Hive portfolio and diversifying my crypto holdings to other Hive tokens and even outside the Hive blockchain as at today. One year ago, one wouldn't tell that LEO would have become this valuable to the extent of driving hardcore development on the Hive blockchain and innovating cross-chain bridging infrastructures.

Looking at my Hive account performance via Hivestats shows that there is a tangible 300 HP increase over the last 30 days. The last two to Three weeks has evidenced drastic push in the charts as well as showing manual intentional power-ups in addition to the auto- HP deposits from authorship/curation earnings.

Hive's first anniversay is just 2 days and few hours from now and I want to see my HP at 5k while the new year begins for Hive. That would require about $420 worth of HIVE to be added to my stake. Incidentally, that's about the amount I received from the free CUB airdrop. Sourcing for $420 would be a priority over the next 28 hours and I'll be glad to share that 5k HP milestone soonest.

Why do I need to build HP when already doing well with Second layer Curation?

Before now, I have been a second layer token maximalist. With the changes rocking the chain and those coming in the future, it is becoming so necessary to stay at somewhere quite comfortable with HIVE itself. I was talking to young person yesterday on how I wish to give out $10 to $20 worth of upvotes to others. With the direction Hive is going, it could be possible to give out those figures with Hive @ $1.

It is surprising to see that my less than 4k HP made as much as $1.47 three days ago (see above screenshot) and giving out $0.07 at 74.7% voting power (VP). AN iteration would give a 10 cent value in upvote on my account at 100% VP. Ten times of that value would give $1 and that should be with 40k HP (at present Hive rate). Seeing Hive do a geometric sprint to $1 each would have 40k HP give an upvote worth $3 or more.

From April, I will be looking forward to consistently adding at least 1k HIVE to my stake on monthly to see how soon 10k HP would be achievable. Thanks to awesome tools such as Hivestats that makes the tracking of these records possible and that easily.

Just get ready to celebrate me when I hit 5k HP status!
