The selected team of 3 token holders will be responsible for collecting proposal's, producing non-biased voting posts, counting the votes and releasing the results. In addition to that, they will repost all proposals from the @lbi-gov

Reading the above paragraph, I decide to ask, does it mean that other LBI would later be called upon to make proposals for projects that would promote HIve, promote LBI and LeoFinance to be funded with upvoted from @Lbi-token?

If yes, would a user that intends to run a project be legible to run governance?
