Never download anything sent to you in DMs, click on suspicious links, or trust someone asking you for money (even if you think you know them).

In the past days there has been a phishing attack to Hive community members by this account
En los últimos días ha habido un ataque de phishing a los miembros de la comunidad Hive por esta cuenta.
This account sent a DM asking to update the vessel wallet a dapp to manage your wallet of Hive, they said to go to a link where by clicking you would suffer the phishing attack.
Hive does NOT dm on discord as at the beginning of the post was said there is not one single person in charge of communications for the Blockchain (remember we are decentralize), and even if there was, the Blockchain has its own blogging platform where post are public why would it need to DM users on discord a completely different place where not all its members are all the time?
Now this doesn’t mean Hive will dm you on the native chat on some frontends (bee chat or peakd chat as you may know it) nor will it send you a memo through your wallet, with a link for you to click, all official communications comes in the form of a Blog Post on the account @Hiveio or from the different witness or developers.
So, if you are ever contact by someone pretending to be a representative of the Blockchain it is a SCAM, report, block and delete.
Esta cuenta envió un DM pidiendo actualizar la billetera de vessel una dapp para administrar su billetera de Hive, dijeron que fueran a un enlace donde al hacer clic sufriría el ataque de phishing.
Hive NO envia DMs en discord ya que como al comienzo de la publicación se dijo que no hay una sola persona a cargo de las comunicaciones de la Blockchain (recuerde que estamos descentralizados), e incluso si la hubiera, nuestra Blockchain tiene su propia plataforma de blogs donde publicar son públicos ¿por qué tendría que enviar mensajes directos a los usuarios de Discord a un lugar completamente diferente donde no todos sus miembros están todo el tiempo?
Ahora bien, esto no significa que Hive le enviará un mensaje en el chat nativo en algunas interfaces (beechat o el peakd chat como tal vez lo conozca) ni le enviará un memo a través de su billetera, con un enlace para que haga clic, en las cuentas oficiales las comunicaciones vienen en forma de un post en la cuenta @Hiveio o de los diferentes testigos o desarrolladores.
Entonces, si alguna vez te contacta alguien que finge ser un representante de Blockchain, es una estafa, informa, bloquea y elimina.
Other scams
This has been going on since I know Discord exist, I think is especially easy for scammers to do this in Discord do to the amount of bots there are there.
Is pretty usual for people to get a DM that says you got a big amount of money or crypto, and all you have to do is confirm your id or wallet with a transfer first.
NEVER EVER send money to anyone on the promise you will get a even bigger amount back. THIS IS A SCAM
Again all you have to do is report, block/ban and delete.

(and no, even tho this accounts are the more official you will get from Hive, important announcements are never done directly on them, there is always a blog post on the chain first.

Esto ha estado sucediendo desde que sé que existe Discord, creo que es especialmente fácil para los estafadores hacer esto en Discord con la cantidad de bots que hay.
Es habitual que las personas reciban un DM para ganar una gran cantidad de dinero, y lo que tienes que hacer es confirmar tu identidad y billetera con una transferencia primero.
NUNCA NUNCA envíe dinero a nadie con la promesa de que obtendrá una cantidad aún mayor. ESTO ES UNA ESTAFA
Una vez más, todo lo que tiene que hacer es informar, bloquear / banear y eliminar.
Por favor, tenga cuidado y recuerde que Hive tiene algunas "cuentas oficiales" en redes sociales que puede encontrar en la página web oficial de laBlockchain http://hive.io pero lo dejo aquí para que las siga, de like y RT. (y no, aunque estas cuentas son las más oficiales que obtendrás de Hive, los anuncios importantes nunca se hacen directamente en ellas, siempre hay una post en la cadena primero.
