Was sagt ihr zu der Übernahme? Ich denke, das ist die bisher größte Firmenübernahme in der Geschichte von Microsoft.

Davor hatte Microsoft die ZeniMax Media-Gruppe, zu der auch Bethesda gehört, für $7.5 Milliarden übernommen.

Zu Activision Blizzard zählen Titel wie Call of Duty, World of Warcraft und Candy Crush, die wenn die Übernahme erfolgreich ist, wahrscheinlich auch in den Xbox Game Pass aufgenommen werden, einem Netflix-ähnlichen Abo-Service für Games.

Mit der Übernahme würde Microsoft zu einem der größten Game-Studios der Welt werden, was auch positive Effekte für das Xbox-Geschäft hätte.
