Musk hat deswegen den Deal einseitig "vorübergehend" ausgesetzt, was laut Vertrag aus diesem Grund gar nicht möglich ist.

Der Fall erinnert mich an das Bitcoin-Investment von Elon Musk, wo er kurz darauf begonnen hat, Bitcoin schlecht zu machen und Dogecoin zu pushen. Flip-Flopper oder Kurs-Manipulator.

Entweder Elon Musk hat sich vor dem Deal nicht richtig informiert (die Bot-Problematik auf Social-Media ist bereits seit vielen Jahren bekannt) oder er möchte jetzt wieder den Preis manipulieren und nachverhandeln, obwohl die Übernamevereinbarung bereits bindend ist.

Musk has put the takeover on hold on the pretextual grounds that Twitter has more than the 5% officially stated spam accounts. Musk assumes 20%.

However, Elon Musk does not provide any proof.

Musk has therefore unilaterally "temporarily" suspended the deal, which is not even possible for this reason according to the contract.

The case reminds me of Elon Musk's Bitcoin investment, where he started to badmouth Bitcoin and push Dogecoin shortly after. Flip flopper or price manipulator.

Either Elon Musk didn't inform himself properly before the deal (the bot issue on social media has been known for many years) or he now wants to manipulate the price again and renegotiate even though the takeover agreement is already binding.
