Burning Tokens does not necessarily mean a loss of an asset. When playing @risingstargame, the STARBITS and STARPRO can be burned as an operating expense. STARPRO is used for Festival World Tour (which was one of the two best investments I have made in the game). There are few other uses for STARPRO that I don't use myself. STARBITS have several use cases with the most valuable (for me) being Music Promoter.

Once you have made some STARBITS rewards through Missions and want to exit to a better cryptocurrency, select Music Promoter instead of withdrawing to HIVE-Engine.

Bids Are Falling Down

There is a limit on the maximum STARPRO issued based on the amount of STARBITS burned, More STARBITS used in Music Promoter leads to higher issuance of STARPRO until a maximum for 100 STARPRO per day is issued. The bids were getting close to 2000 STARBITS a week ago and they went down as rapidly as it rose.

Bids from 3 Days Ago

Bids Today

A bidding war that happened few minutes ago increased all bids across the board. The Bids I have made only got to make several Missions before being outbid. This is why it is important to check Music Promoter a few times once you have made your bids.

Music Promoter Rewards

Make sure to complete at least a few Missions to qualify for STARPRO rewards. Majority of the STARPRO is earned by a small number of whales who could be looking to profit through buying STARBITS from market and burning them.

There is no direct link to check out Music Promoter Rewards from the Missions page. It is on a separate page. The statistics shown are for the previous day.

The Profit Margins

I don't use Music Promoter as an arbitrage trade although the possibility is there. Arbitrage trades are taking advantage of a difference in prices in different exchanges. Music Promoter can functionality serve as an exchange.

Price For Swap

Those who are willing to take their time with the trades and use the order books will find a more favorable price. It comes at the cost of spending a significant amount of delay and effort compared to an instant exchange.

The Formula

Average STARBITS per STARPRO/Swap STARPRO to STARBITS*100-100

Using the formula for the current examples leads to the following results:

404456/392457*100-100

The output is the following:

There were times the profit margin was between 10% - 15% and the amount of STARBITS burned during those times was massive compared to today. The bids have now come down correlated with the profitability of the arbitrage. I first noticed the recent spike in Music Promote profits when I researched before relying to @rtonline

These simple formulas can make a significant difference in a investor's life. Formulas are tools. It would be great if my readers can share the knowledge around!

Happy Gaming! Happy Investing!
