Finishing up my day with a walk and some meditation time to clear the mind and relax.

Always good to meditate to take a break from everything and quiet the mind. Spending the time to take a break from the outside and go more inside the mind and body. Closing the eyes and being still. In whatever form you may like and choose. Meditation may be done in quiet, or with with music of personal choice. For some the music helps the find stay focused and not to over think. Can sometimes take some time to get to and through the quiet meditation and find that space where the mind becomes quiet and you quiet your thoughts.

Being still. Breathing deeply and slowly. Relaxing the body through every breathe.

Will also think more of what to write about tomorrow. Trying to find what worked for me in my blog that is valued and appreciated by others. Have a wonderful week.
