Splinterlands does take a sizeable investment in order to rank up. However renting cards for DEC right now is one of the easiest ways.

It used to be the opposite haha. Times have changed. a Single maxed level common card is not c.300-500$ ! And you need now c.30k USD minimum to have some good teamt to be in gold rank.
