Uniswap dives into the NFT space with the "Genie" acquisition!
Hi HODLers,
I thought Uniswap was strongly focused on just being the most used DEX in terms of txs and liquidity. They claimed many times that they were not interested in Lending/Borrowing or other DeFi stuff.
Nevertheless, they acquired Genie, an NFT Aggregator (a bit like a 1inch but for NFTs!). This is interesting and I will need to dig deeper to understand, how do you list the same NFTs on different platforms? Or it just helps you to see all the supply of a collection in one spot?
In any case, during the Bankless podcast, Hayden Adams more or less said it will be implemented into Uniswap UI very shortly!

Oh I also forgot to mention they plan to reward the Genie community through a $USDC airdrop (yup no governance token, just pure cash). If you did any tx on Genie before April, 15th then you are probably eligible!
