On January 7th 2021, BITCOIN Surpassed $40,000 - Here We Are Again, I Don't Know What To Expect
Through most of 2021 BTC was above $40,000 but in late March it feel below and has been bouncing between $30k and $39,000 until today when it peeked above.
Bitcoin rose nearly 10% on Sunday, breaking above its 20-day moving average, was up again Monday at $40,692.27, above $40,000 in more than two weeks.
This is an important level because of some things that traders watch that either show it is in a bear market or a bull market. (lol)
From my own point of view, I don't think I've ever felt less sure or more lost on what Crypto might do next, so I am sitting on my hands. When BTC hit $20,000 in 2017 it had all the expected signs.. Parabolic Up, Parabolic Down and then some wandering up and down, but a steady decline.
For me all this price jumping around on Elon Tweets and Corporate moves has felt confusing. However, I am fairly convinced we will have a 2nd round of up this year. Mostly though right now I am holding and trying to add to my stake where I can. HODLING
