RE: Ask Leo: Do you get curation rewards when downvoting on Hive blockchain?

I guess my reaction is what does "improve the quality of the platform" mean to you.

When a post is zero'd out no curation rewards are paid.

What does Twitter do to improve "Quality".

It's my guess that at least half the large downvotes have much more to do with political and personal reasons than "Quality".
