As I was already holding expensive bags (compared to the current value) of all but COTI. I looked into COTI and looks like a unique project with a good use case.
Hence against my own advice, I bought a small bag for now. I mean the rest of your lists are all solid projects, so I want COTI on my radar. Thanks !CTP
