Future Value of Chaos Packs

With the looming general sale upon us, the market is behaving rather strangely.

A chaos pack is at $4.57 while a voucher is at 2.12

Chaos packs are sure to decline when general sale is here, but the fact that they're so high means people are willing to pay for fun for the remaining 9 days until the general sale is actually here.

What about future value? Given the lower price of vouchers, it should be below $4 else vouchers would gravitate towards that.

Is nine days worth a 20% premium? (expecting chaos packs to trade on Engine at 3.50) Market says yes.
