What has been happening these days, on the part of El Salvador, in its legal adoption by the government, as a payment method in its usability. It certainly sounds like very positive news for the cryptocurrency market, but at the same time it makes me think more deeply, if the reasons are really worthy and honest. We have to remember that any of these governments, including the country where I live, still follow the behaviourist line of the system that has centralised every aspect of our lives.

Perhaps there are worthy reasons to improve the situation of many citizens of that country, but it is not something new for El Salvador, since always this nation's inhabitants have had to give use to BTC, as a method of payment, for the simple fact that there are still individuals who do not have a bank account, due to the same bureaucracy or protocols to obtain an account. So cryptocurrencies have already been around for a while in that country.

Therefore, time will tell if the government of El Salvador really adopts cryptocurrencies for their main characteristic of being decentralised, and not becoming another centralised financial instrument, only that it would be legally endorsed.

That is why we should always think of cryptocurrencies as the path to financial freedom, the empowerment of all individuals who make life in our global community, as many of us do in #hiveblog, we are part of a whole network, where we value ourselves without having that centralized power, which wants to control or direct everything.

Although what is happening in El Salvador, will also serve for many people not only in that country or Latin America, but worldwide, begin to learn about blockchain and cryptocurrencies, and that everyone finds their best financial instrument, in order to have that appreciated financial freedom.
