Fundamentals of investing in cryptocurrencies/Fundamentos para invertir en criptomonedas (ENG/ESP)

Since 2015, I started to invest in cryptoassets, mainly Bitcoin, since at the time it was what few people mentioned it, but I still did not understand its potential in the future and its contribution as a technology.

At the beginning I was just buying without any basis, I was just looking to speculate on making some profit and sell. I remember that at the time I got to have a certain amount of Btc, which at this time would be a very significant amount, but because of the lack of knowledge of what the blockchain really is, I was projecting more in speculation and not in its usefulness.

So with this post, I want to share some items that we should all take into account before investing in cryptocurrencies, from my point of view, because in the end each individual marks his own methodology, but perhaps these basics can help certain decisions.

At this point I refer to the learning and knowledge of all the tools or resources, how and where we can acquire cryptocurrencies. Knowing the platforms, wallets and exchanges for the acquisition of cryptoassets.

In this way with the Internet we can learn through any information provided in the course of this knowledge of these resources, as well as specifically, how to buy and sell cryptocurrencies, and their different financial instruments in order to take advantage of them.

At this point we must search and inquire about the different cryptographic projects, to know what your project can contribute and how useful it can be in the economy.

We also need to know specific information about the cryptoasset, such as its market capitalisation, price, supply or number of coins issued, date of issue, exchanges where it is listed and its cryptographic peers, e.g. Bitcoin/Usdt, Bitcoin/Bnb, Bitcoin/Hive, etc.

Here we do not define if we want to do trading; which is to buy or sell cryptocurrencies depending on the temporality that is handled, to determine the entries and exits, of course you must have a knowledge of technical analysis to apply this strategy, instead holding; is the investor who invests in good long-term projects, regardless of market cycles throughout the time that makes holding.

Although you can be mixed, having the knowledge of technical analysis, you can diversify your crypto portfolio for trading and also have certain assets in holding, accumulating more and more coins of the project you trust.

It is important that one as an individual make their own decisions based on what is known when investing, we should never invest because there is much fomo; which is basically the highest climax where they tell you to invest that will rise 8000%, and on the other hand your contracting fud; the panic that is generated in the market when your investments fall in capitalization and for fear you end up selling at a loss.

Desde el 2015, comencé a invertir en criptoactivos, principalmente Bitcoin, puesto que en su momento era lo que pocos la mencionaba, pero aún así no entendía su potencial en el futuro y su aporte como tecnología.

Al principio solo compraba sin tener ningún fundamento, solo buscaba especular en tener ciertas ganancias y vender. Recuerdo que en su tiempo llegué a tener cierta cantidad de Btc, que en este momento sería un monto muy significativo, pero por el desconocimiento de lo que en realidad es la blockchain, me proyectaba más en su especulación y no en su utilidad.

De esta manera con este post, quiero compartir algunos ítem, que todos deberíamos tomar en cuenta antes de invertir en criptomonedas, desde mi punto de vista, porque al final cada individuo marca su propia metodología, pero quizás estos fundamentos puedan ayudar a ciertas decisiones.

En este punto me refiero al aprendizaje y conocimientos de todas las herramientas o recursos, el cómo y en dónde podemos adquirir criptomonedas. Conocer de las plataformas, billeteras y exchanges para la adquisición de los criptoactivos.

De esta forma con el Internet podemos aprender a través de cualquier información impartida en proceder el curso de este conocimiento de estos recursos, como también específicamente, cómo se compra y vendes las criptomonedas, y sus diferentes instrumentos financieros para así sacarle su provecho.

Ya en este punto debemos buscar e indagar sobre los diferentes proyectos criptográficos, el conocer que puede aportar su proyecto y que utilidad puede tener en la economía.

Así mismo saber de información puntual del criptoactivo, como su capitalización del mercado, precio, supply o cantidad de monedas emitidas, fecha de emisión, exchanges donde se encuentre enlistada y sus pares criptográficos, ejemplo: Bitcoin/Usdt, Bitcoin/Bnb, Bitcoin/Hive, etc.

Aquí no definimos si queremos hacer trading; que es comprar o vender criptomonedas dependiendo a la temporalidad que se maneja, para determinar las entradas y salidas, por supuesto se debe tener un conocimiento sobre el análisis técnico para aplicar esta estrategia, en cambio holding; es el inversor que invierte en proyectos buenos a largo plazo, sin importar los ciclos del mercado durante todo ese tiempo que hace holding.

Aunque se puede ser mixto, teniendo el conocimiento del análisis técnico, se puede diversificar el portafolio criptografico para hacer trading y también tener ciertos activos en holding, acumulando cada más monedas del proyecto que se confía.

Es importante que uno como individuo tome sus propias decisiones a base de lo que se conozca a la hora de invertir, nunca debemos invertir porque hay mucho fomo; que es básicamente el clímax más alto donde te dicen invierte que subirá un 8000 %,y por otra parte su contratarte fud; el pánico que se genera en el mercado cuando tus inversiones bajan de capitalización y por temor terminas vendiendo en pérdidas.

Son circunstancias que determinan mucho la psicología de cada inversor, por eso es recomendable conocer muy bien en lo que inviertes y nunca invierte un dinero que lo necesites a corto plazo, porque sería muy arriesgado por la alta volatilidad del mercado si llegara a bajar de valor tu portafolio.

En conclusión estos son 4 fundamentos desde mi perspectiva, que debemos tomar en cuenta a la hora de invertir y que también nosotros somos los que creemos en las criptomonedas por su aporte tecnológico, su carácter de descentralización económica y su utilidad más que la especulación.
