It seems to me a very active community with a lot of interaction and that is always good to grow. Why is the token going up? I honestly don't know but why is BTC worth so much more today than a year ago? Well, I don't know either. Nor do I know why many stocks on the stock market with the same ratios and expectations have very different prices, but that's the way it is. On the other hand, I have to say that I do the same as you, I sell half and stake the other half, although I do this with almost all the tokens.
