Money in My Childhood Challenge [ESP/ENG]

I have decided to participate in the initiative of @rutablockchain about money in my childhood, I liked it very much since I saw it, but for some time I had not been able to realize it I hope it is not still too late.

When I was a child I didn't know much about money, the only thing I knew was that it helped me buy what I needed, since 1st grade my parents gave me money for La Merienda, this would be my first meeting.

I remember one time my parents gave me money to buy the snack, that day I bought a big school boy, a juice and an ice cream and I had some money left over, I had some coins left over and since I didn't have where to keep them because I didn't have a pocket I carried them in my hand and they bothered me, I thought: I thought: if I put them in a bush, maybe the money will grow and I will be able to have money, so I went to the living room and took the coins and put them in a bush that was small, so I hid my coins there a little bit, the next day I went to see how my bush was doing and I realized that the money was gone. (That was my first disappointment).

Those stories of children who remembered how innocent we were.

As I was growing up since 6th grade I started to save from the money they gave me to buy the things I wanted, I have always been handy with my hands to God thanks and I started to make some woven bracelets that were in fashion and I started to sell them to my classmates with that completed, I remember buying a watch that was in fashion, that was in the first year of high school, it didn't last me a day because it was stolen when I left school, I remember that it hurt my soul because it was the first time I bought something of value with my money that cost me so much, not because my parents couldn't buy it for me but because I liked to earn my things.

I learned that saving does work and that we can have whatever we want with persistence.

I saved again and this time I bought a Roman bag that was in fashion at the time, I bought that bag with my savings and it was satisfactory, every time I could buy something with my money it was something I was always proud of and I still do.

What my parents taught me:

My mother always saved money for some emergency, she said that everything could not be spent because if at any time we needed something for something we should have something saved.

They had a piggy bank for me to save money in, the day it was full I remember that my mom took me to the bank to open an account that would be in the name of 2 o'clock, that was my first account in the bank was like 200bs in $ could have been like 25$ at that time, from there I learned that I should save.

My dad saves at home I never trust banks and he never opened a bank account.

What I Learned in my Childhood about Money

We must save in various places, home and bank.
Not everything can be put into one basket.
I must have defined goals for what I want to achieve.
Be constant in what I propose.

What I still have from my childhood and have learned so far about money:

Saving in times of crisis is an advantage.
We cannot save in one place but must save from several places.
We have to invest what we can and that generates profits.
If I want to buy something I save for it and a little more since everything increases very quickly.
Nowadays I don't save much in banks since money is devalued, but I keep my accounts active.
I start to invest in crypto-currencies, learning at a snail's pace, but I'm going.
Money is the means to get what I want, that's all.
Money makes me independent.
I invest in what I want.

I've always liked having my money, even when I was married I never expected my husband to give me money, I've always had my own, so I consider myself independent, and that's what I teach my children to save and be independent, and invest in things that can produce a profit.

Un Saludo Hivers 🌺

He decidido participar en la iniciativa de @rutablockchain sobre el dinero en mi infancia, me gusto mucho desde que la vi, pero por tiempo no había podido realizarla espero no sea aún demasiado tarde.

Cuando era niña no tenia mucho conocimiento del dinero, lo único que sabia es que me servía para comprar lo que necesitaba, desde 1er grado mis padres me daban dinero para La Merienda, este sería mi primer encuentro.

Recuerdo una vez mis padres me dieron dinero para comprar la merienda, ese día compre un tequeño escolar grande, un jugo y un helado y me sobro dinero, me sobraron algunas monedas y como no tenia donde guardalas pues no tenia bolsillo las cargaba en la mano y me molestaban, pensé: si las coloco en una mata a lo mejor crece la mata de dinero y podre tener dinero, así fue camino al salón agarre las monedas y las coloque en una mata que había era pequeña, así que escondí un poco mis monedas allí, al día siguiente fui a ver como iba mi mata y me di cuenta que el dinero no estaba. (Esa fue mi primera desilusión).

Esas anécdotas de niños que recordamos lo inocentes que éramos.

A medida que fui creciendo ya como desde 6to grado comencé a ahorrar del dinero que me daban para comprar las cosas que quería, siempre he sido hábil con las manos a Dios gracias y comencé a realizar unas pulseras tejidas que estaban de moda y empecé a venderlas a los compañeros de clase con eso completaba, recuerdo haberme comprado un reloj que estaba de moda, eso fue en primer año de bachillerato, no me duro un día porque me lo robaron al salir del colegio, recuerdo que me dolió en el alma porque era la primera vez que compraba algo de valor con mi dinero que tanto me costo, no porque mis padre no pudieran comprármelo sino porque me gustaba ganarme mis cosas.

Aprendí que ahorrar si resulta y que podemos tener lo que deseemos con persistencia.

Volví a ahorrar y esta vez me compre un bolso Romano que aquel tiempo estaba de moda, ese bolso lo compre con mis ahorros y fue satisfactorio, cada vez que podría comprar algo con mi dinero era algo que siempre me enorgulleció y hasta ahora lo hago.

Lo que mis padres me enseñaron:

Mi madre siempre ahorraba dinero para alguna emergencia, ella decía que todo no se podía gastar ya que si en algún momento necesitábamos para algo debíamos tener algo ahorrado.

Ellos me tenían una alcancía para que yo ahorrara dinero allí, el día que se lleno recuerdo que mi mami me llevo al banco para abrir una cuenta que estaría a nombre de las 2, esa fue mi primera cuenta en el banco eran como 200bs en $ podrían haber sido como 25$ en aquella época, de allí aprendí que debía ahorrar.

Mi padre ahorra en la casa nunca confío en los bancos y nunca abrió una cuenta bancaria.

Lo que Aprendí en mi Niñez sobre el dinero:

Debemos ahorrar en varias partes, casa y banco.
No todo puede ser echado en un solo canasto.
Debo tener objetivos definidos para lo que quiero lograr.
Ser constante en lo que me proponga.

Lo que Aún Conservo desde mi niñez y he aprendido hasta ahora respecto al dinero:

Ahorrar en tiempos de crisis es una ventaja.
No podemos ahorrar en un solo sitio sino que debemos ahorrar de varias partes.
Hay que invertir lo que se pueda y que genere ganancias.
Si deseo comprar algo ahorro por ello y un poco más ya que todo aumenta muy rápido.
Hoy en día no ahorro mucho en bancos ya que el dinero se devalúa, pero mantengo mis cuentas activas.
Comienzo a invertir en criptomonedas, aprendiendo a paso de tortuga pero hay voy.
El dinero es el medio para conseguir lo que quiero, solo eso.
El dinero me hace independiente.
Invierto en lo que quiero.

Siempre me ha gustado tener mi dinero, aún de casada nunca he esperado que mi esposo me de dinero, siempre he tenido el mío propio, por lo que me considero independiente, y eso es lo que le enseño a mis hijos que ellos ahorren y sean independientes, e inviertan en cosas que le puedan producir ganancias.
