#FinancialGoals2021 Initiative | I'm ready for 2021
Without a doubt, 2020 was a year full of opportunities, but due to its accelerated pace, it found many people unprepared for all that the covid-19 scenario meant. On the one hand, health education was put to the test in order to remain free of disease, and on the other hand, financial education for people was put to the test in order to cope with the recession imposed on the economy and the productive apparatus of countries.
Fortunately for me, last year was very interesting in the financial field because I was able to make the income from cryptography more profitable than the salary I receive as a classroom teacher in a public school.
In Venezuela it is not complicated to go beyond the minimum wage with a job online, however my intention is to go beyond that, to go the sweet way to economic freedom and for that I must align my purposes and take one step at a time. Having said that, I want to talk to you about my strategies and investment plans for this year 2021.
Investment Plans and Strategies 2021
My expectations for this year are really positive and I believe that I have a good chance of achieving the objectives if I work with constancy and discipline. I share them below:
Balance sheet
It is unusual in Latin culture to maintain a balance between income and expenditure and, in particular, I am not escaping these general statistics. This is a good time to start monitoring how much money I make from my activities and how much I spend. In fact, one of the first things I did the first few days of the year was download an application to better manage the money that comes into my hands.
I have seen results from day one because I do not want to put any expense that is not of real necessity among my expenses and this is the most important thing I want to highlight with this practice. Don't make unnecessary expenses!
Hive
Hive is the biggest source of income for me today, this far exceeds what I get in my salary as a teacher and some educational tutoring that I do sporadically. That's why the blockchain has given me the opportunity to take on the support of my family and the possibility of collaborating in my parents' house.
Everything has been possible with the liquid rewards I receive from the publications on my blog and the curation work I do with my project @hispapro. Therefore, one of my goals is to continue to move forward without the rewards at stake, i.e. not power down to gradually increase my influence within the platform.
Diversification
My growth at Hive has been very important to me and has helped me to cope with everything that was happening in the world during the year 2020. However, it is not enough for me, so I want to diversify my income this year. This would mean not having to take all the liquid rewards with me, of these I would use 50% for powerup, the other 50% to invest in the purchase of Leo and if there were to be any other asset purchase perhaps outside of cryptography.
The plan is to start a series of part-time online consultancies and with this take some of the pressure off the Hive sales I get from my blog, thus directly supporting the growth of our platform.
Estimates
My focus is mainly on growing my project, @hispapro to date has a growth rate of approximately 350 HP per month.
I'm convinced that by monitoring my income - expenses and with what I get from the online consultancies I can add between 50 HP and 80 HP more to the current rate. Therefore, my goal is to have a total of approximately 6400 HP in the @hispapro account by the end of 2021.
Other investments
With my arrival in the world of cryptology with Hive I started to take the word investment seriously and since then I have worked to improve my chances. In this sense, what strikes me most when betting my money is the cryptomoney market.
Hive has been my main investment, I have also had the possibility to buy some BTC fractions. On the other hand I have participated in airdrop tokens like Leo and others that did not have the same thrust. Unfortunately, I had to liquidate all of them except Hive.
Currently I am very active on https://leodex.io exchanging LEO and DEC, as you see everything within Hive, but I aspire to put the profits made and the surplus from my publications to buy ETH and BTC.
Finally, I have read in several of the posts of this initiative the intention and how well regarded investment in metals such as iron and gold is. So I will investigate how I can invest here in the country to bet a fraction of my income on that market.
Predictions
More than any price prediction, I suppose it is a wish for the simple reason that I am not an expert at all. But, my estimate is that the Hive should be between $0.90 and $1, for LEO I think it would be very good between $1.50 and $1. 60 Amen!
