My Investment Strategy

If I had to give my investment strategy a name, I think I would call it "Luck". I have almost no knowledge about a lot of things. All I know how to do is be consistent when I feel it has a great reward.

However, I'll share a couple of things I've been doing over the past 4 months that have brought me some success and some income to sustain some of my activities.

Staking

I first began staking properly when I asked my brother why my upvotes on Leofinance were still on 0. He then told me about his plan to create a new account solely for curation and I was like that sounds dope.

I did the same thing and 3 months later, I hit my target of 1k Leo but that's a victory to celebrate another day. I still haven't hit my Hive target so I look forward to celebrating all the victories together.

Right now, I'm staking Hive, Leo, Cub, SPS tokens, SPT tokens and POB. These are just what I hold here to help increase my relevance to the community. I love the feeling of being able to upvote write-ups from people who are putting in some form of effort.

Hodl

I once played around with some minor funds to see if I could earn a little from crypto trading. The result was terrible. I'm not emotionally detached enough to handle such heartbreaks.

I currently hold about 10 coins on my Binance app. This includes Hive. The majority of my coins were purchased without prior research or understanding of what they could do or what they were about.

Yes, I blindly got into a lot of projects. Although right now I can't exactly count my losses and call it quits yet, I wish I could have been wiser.

Asides from Hive, the other coins I Hold are XRP, STEEM, BTT, IQ, BTC, etc. I can't remember why exactly I bought these coins. I probably just liked how cheap they were at the time.

Right now, the majority of them are suffering but they're a lot better than they were 2 months ago. This gives me some hope that they may not entirely be failed projects.

I forget

While this may not exactly be my best trait, I think it has protected me from a lot of disasters.

On most cases, I don't remember money so it gets easy to have it and not focus on it. I'm poor. It's that simple.

I am prudent

This is not exactly an investment strategy, however, it has saved me from a lot of unnecessary expenses that could have cost me more than necessary.

I not longer spend when it isn't necessary. It's that simple. And if I have to spend, I plan in advance and make sure I have a way to cover up every expense I make during the period.

That's it

As I said, my investment strategy can be called 'luck' coz I know nothing and I have no particular strategy. I'm a novice and I currently don't try too hard. I just let things flow. I learn when I can and do the best I can at all times.

Crypto is currently my only investment. It's the only system I trust. It's really the only thing that has worked properly for me.

Thanks for reading.
