Hive Is The Best Platform To Be At

Hive is a thriving ecosystem with myriads of dapps and a plethora of communities. Individually, we all have our goals of what we want to achieve. Maybe it could be becoming a whale? Building the next billion dollar DeFi platform? Or it could be as simple as traveling the world and showing people the places you visit, sharing the adventures you had?

Collectively, we all share the same goal, the goal of bringing value and enriching this ecosystem.

In this post, I'll be explaining why Hive is the best platform to be at according to my perspective.

Diversity

Decentralization is the word. Hive is global. There are people from all over the world on this ecosystem and it's good to keep it in mind when you're posting, When the far east of the world are waking up, the center is asleep while the west is about to go to sleep. Maybe, I haven't horizontally scaled yet(i.e following many people) but Hive does sometimes seem very quite, with little activity.

With a global audience, you can have a global perspective about the world, the different cultures and ways of life. For example, Pinmapple is a community I often visit to get a virtual tour of where people visit and Nature Photography post captivating images of places I never knew existed or might even never visit. Writing Club Community post amazing bite sized stories with a powerful message in the background and Self Improvement community is about how to improve and better yourself. All of this communities are decentralized, people from all over the world post in this communities each person bringing his/her unique perspective.

Hive is really inclusive and it’s helping connect the world in a truly decentralized manner.

Knowledge Base

I'm still stumbling through this part. I've bookmarked some very good blogs so that I can reread them and understand the concepts fully. A vast repository of knowledge from different perspectives and unfiltered sources. You're kept informed of everything that's happening and you learn new things that you didn't know about. Opportunities are presented to you that would've otherwise not been available to you.

With Leofinance, You get to be at the front seat of this emerging crypto/blockchain space, from technical analysis to fundamental analysis, trends and future potential of the space. Disruption is happening, blockchain is attacking every sector eliminating middlemen and the miscellaneous.

Earnings

Move2Earn, Play2Earn, Blog2Earn are some of the tokenized models available on Hive. With almost everything you do, you have the potential of earning a reward. The reward incentives makes many people join but pass a beginners level, you come to realise that it's a long shot. Allhough, It's a life changing opportunity, it's not a 'get rich quick' thing. At some point, the earnings are seen as a byproduct and you focus more on bringing value and learning from your fellow hivians(hivers?).

In the peakd frontend, the people you follow and the people that follow you are labeled 'Connections'. I think that's an excellent name because you're building connections, a network of people around the world. This network and the knowledge you learn here can produce huge ROI in the not so distant future. It's all about your strategy.

Conclusion

This is just the beginning. Imagine if Hive achieved the network effect? More diversity, more knowledge and more earning potential. It would be like a feedback loop and each cycle will reinforce the other.

In theory, what you do here will outlive you and might live forever.
