January Newbie Goals Achieved ~ A Sweet-Sweaty Ride

You know what? I am the most excited today because today makes me a month old here on Hive. So alongside my newbie initiative task, I am celebrating my birthday as well. I started my journey here on the 29th of December 2020, so today is making me a month old, I was given a task to review and give an account of the goals I set for January as a newbie.

If you must ask me, it was a sweet-sweaty ride lol. But it is worth it. So I am here to answer all the questions given in our third task and the last for January. So without wasting much time, let's head over to the questions and answers section lol.

Comparison of previous goals made to what you have attained, this must include your Hive Power, followers, number of comments, and any other goals you may have listed at the beginning of this initiative.

Ok, the first question carries about three tasks and goals we were asked to set for ourselves and those were Hive Power, Followers, and Number of Comments. I will give a review and breakdown of the initial, the targetted, and the achieved goals below.

That is the breakdown of my achievements within a month. The targets I set for myself were achieved and I am glad for this because it would have had a great effect on me if I didn't achieve those set down goals. It is one thing to set goals for yourself it's another thing to make sure those goals come into fruition. So question one is reviewed and answered (marked) lol.

What you learned along the way while in the Initiative.

If there is one key thing I have learned through this journey in the initiative, it is that anything is possible and that has always been like a slogan to me Whatever it is I set my mind on, I am bound to get it The initiative has taught me personally that it not all about how new or naive you are in wherever you might find yourself but rather it more about believing in yourself and making yourself a store of value.

It taught me commitment, consistency, and hard work. And when I mention hard work, I mean working your ass out. You know when you are depriving yourself of certain pleasures just so you can achieve whatever it is you so desire. And generally, this is what HIVE has taught me. You don't fold your hands and go to sleep peacefully hoping that some angels from above will come work out your plans for you, no it doesn't happen that way,success doesn't come that way. This initiative had given me the key factors I need to excel here and even beyond this platform.

How much of a beneficiary the initiative has been to you.

Oh lala now, here is the juicy part. It might not really be juicy for some oldies here, I mean what has 50 HP delegation got to do for an Oldie with over 5K? absolutely nothing right? or what could 3% reward benefits actually do for a typical oldie with daily curation rewards that would leave you salivating?

Well, it might not have any impact on those oldbies but then it has on me. Have you ever heard of a verse that says Despise not your little beginning? Now that is exactly what I never planned on doing. I wouldn't despise how little I started with just zero rewards and zero power.

I wasn't just benefitted only in the rewards I got from a supported account neither in the Hive Power delegation, but also, the knowledge, the learning process, the ideas about a particular thing which in the cause of this initiative I have benefitted, is far more better than the rewards I get. They say knowledge is everything because no one can take it away from you and there are certain things I have learned and benefitted from this initiative that will never be taken away from me.

Why new Hiver users should join the next batch (February batch) of the Newbie Initiative.

This might sound a little lame to some people but then, I don't think any newbie that is willing to better their blogging life here and also grow within a short space of time would see the initiative and jump over it, come on, help yourself lol.

But if you still need evidentce, a prove or a push *Oh ye Newbies! then just take a glimpse at some of my mates and when I say mates, I mean my fellow newbies, and then check out another newbie who isn't partaking in the initiative, try to compare and contrast and you will attest to the fact that they are no match except those newbies are influencers hahaha, (Teammates, I am proud of you guys Jhare lol)

After giving you a small assignment on this, I am still here to remind you how beneficial this initiative is for newbies and why I think and encourage you to join. I hope to see you all in February Batch of the newbie initiative.

This could have made a different post on its own but it's already stated here, then I am glad, make things way easier and better.

I am using this special opportunity to thank every team members of this initiative. Without you guys, this journey wouldn't have been what it is. I would have been tempted to mention and tag names but I realize I have been doing that too these days hehe.
I know you already ready know my heart of gratitude is going out to each every only one of you.

Ooooops, I hope you didn't forget it's my birthday :) **Happy Birthday To me,hahahahaha.
The next phase has just begun for me and I do know that the higher, the tougher but I am not letting my guards down, I will surely get to promise land lol.
