source Earlier Central bank of Russia proposed ban on crypto mining. Currently Russia is at third place in crypto mining. Russian government has no problem with extensive energy mining process. Infact, it will utilize surplus electricity. Moreover, growth of mining facility in Russia will help to create more job opportunities.
