What do you think about an institution where people can be trained and educated about Crypto and how to develop oneself in a Crypto blogging platform?

It is not a new thing that every creator here are all minding their business and dishing out the best to the platform while others are just curating. Between creating content and curating which is more beneficial to the platform as a whole? I wouldn't know, neither do I have an answer to it but all the same, if we can look at many articles here, we can agree to the fact that most of us here don't understand or know our whereabouts. I read a post today talking about spam posts and the power of downvotes. It's okay to see a spam post and downvote but will it change anything when we don't really look out for those creators creating spam posts?

Do we know that sometimes those creators don't know exactly what they are doing but they just want to earn? Have we ever considered looking out for them by correcting and encouraging them to do better? I have seen such concern and operations in other platform but why isn't it the same here? We are more concerned about our personal earnings than the growth of another. I am not saying it's bad to earn or to work hard to earn but when we see something and yet ignore it, it becomes very disheartening.

I read a really good article today on leofinance, when I say good article, I mean good article not average but very good, sadly enough that article had no engagement on it. That wasn't a spam post, was it? A 6 minutes read with about 1200+ words isn't considered a spam post? Then what did he do wrong? The post was informative and educative.

You may say the person lacked engagement and commitment, that I don't know about cause I just stumble over his post but I really have no area about his engagement. But can we honestly say Leo curators or voters reward quality content or we are just hoping for luck?

If our post isn't good enough or our engagement is too poor, then I believe an institution can help. Or perhaps a group of people that go around helping users become better bloggers, teaching them and correcting them when they go wrong. When the rules of a place are broken, there is always guidance to help the person to be back on the right track again.

Engagement shouldn't only be to earn but also to learn. And this can only happen when there are interactions and like-minds are communicating and sharing ideas.

The sole aim of this post is to reach out to community members and top Crypto Lords who are really into the business and know their way around here. They are so many users both old and new that are lost in the platform with little or no knowledge about how things works here or what is required of them or the type of content to create here.

Do not be surprised if, in the nearest future, some non-finance related post is made here on the leofinance interface. Some persons need guidance but who is willing to give them such attention and guidance? Obviously, none because everyone is after the bags.

You can put this into consideration, sometimes stop by and help that user that seems lost, it wouldn't take anything from you. If you must downvote a post, then corrections should be given as well. Let's look out for one another even while chasing the bags.

I don't preach Crypto, I live it
