I encourage everyone to watch this short clip below.

In it, Travis Kling talks about Bitcoin, how he got started with it, and how he views it now.

It's funny how the personal adoption stories of pretty much every "Bitcoiner" sound so similar.

When we first come across Bitcoin, we reject it. It's got nothing to do with us. We don't need it in our lives. It doesn't add any value to us.

Or so we think.

A couple of years later we come across it again.

We have evolved a bit. The world has changed a bit.

We may have some sort of problem that Bitcoin can solve, which is why it comes into our awareness again. Or we see that "the world" has a problem - a governance problem, a privacy problem, an inflation- and negative interest problem, you name it - and we suddenly understand that Bitcoin is a lot more than just money...

So we think, hm... let me take a closer look at this Bitcoin thing.

And that's when we start going down the rabbit hole, stop sleeping, have some sort of awakening and then fully immerse ourselves in "crypto" and begin connecting with others about it. Because now that we caught the bug, we need to share this enthusiasm with our friends (probably all new friends, because our old friends are still in the rejection phase)!!

Sound familiar?

Share this clip with your friends who are still in the rejection phase

It may help. Travis Kling (as well as the interviewer) very eloquently talk about Bitcoin and how it has been made specifically for the times we live in right now.

He also talks about why people are confused about it and have a hard time accepting it.

Enjoy!
