Inktober Day 25, Tasty

Hello artists and other Steemians, I hope you are well.

I just got off the #mspwaves with @aggroed and it was a lot of fun to meet new friends and discuss the state of Steem. He is very upset about the current price and I completely understand. He is hoping that the recent bump which, apparently has something to do with China endorsing crypto, will help Steem soar in the near future. I mean, you would here no complaints coming from me there.

I asked how viable minting money for content creation would be if Steem plateaued at a hundred million users for example. It was a weird question, I did not think it through but to this day it's hard for me to wrap my head around other entities than the central bank minting money. It didn't help that he was cutting out while answering but he basically said we have ways to go before we need to think about that.

I have been on Steem since the beginnings in 2016 and he asked me why I stuck around when so many left. I like to live with the uncertainty of where this is all going, I am a risk taker. I also find that I have had meaningful interactions on Steem, the likes of which I have not had on any other social media. This encounter made me feel like I am a part of something larger and even though everybody was a total clown, I know they are serious when it comes to the value of this blockchain.

They also took a look at my last Inktober entry, someone had posted it in the chat, I was over the moon about that! @aggroed was wondering if I drew a bear, a dragon or what. When I explained it is a flying monkey, he did not see that.

It is tasty! I made it while binge watching Drag Race UK. It was entertaining, frankly I am getting tired of TV but it was worth it.
