The boss still needs you more than you need him, dear reader.

If the boss takes a day off, things still get done. If the president didn't show up to work today, who cares?

The people at the top don't do much of the work. Much of the work they do actually do, we can mostly do without.

The shareholders absolutely do none of the work.

Sure, sure, this hierarchial structure you refer to as a job might not exist, but there are other 'jobs'.

It's not like crapitalism can exist without the actual labor, now can it?

If the rest of the workers of the world went on strike, like they do in France, why, this system wouldn't last a week.

The bosses would all hide in their hidey holes.

The rest of us could finally get back to our business of helping our neighbors and raising our kids.

Wouldn't that be nice?

It's gonna take some inaction on your part, though. You are gonna have to shop local, instead of in national chains. You will need to buy your eggs from the local grocer for this to work. Buy your shoes from the local guy that repairs them. It's not rocket surgery.
