Orchids are the Best!

For most of my life, I have always enjoyed having orchids in my house. There is something about these plants that I find relaxing. Many of the colors and shapes of orchids are exotic in my opinion.

I’ve taken a couple of pictures of orchids that I have around my house, but the true Colors that some of these orchids display may not come across in the photos.

After a bit of research I have found that there are over 880 different types of orchids. What I find most interesting is that many of these varieties do not grow in typical soil. Also, I find that it’s best to water these plants about once a week as anything less than that will cause them to dry out quickly.
