Poverty, Perspective, Brain Power, Reason - Freewrite

Another day and another freewrite opportinity, if you keen to join in the fun today check out todays the prompt post: Day 692: 5 Minute Freewrite: Wednesday - Prompt: poverty. Here's my take on it all!
Many people would observe poverty in the traditional sense of have very little to no money. But we have to ask ourselves, are these type of people really all that poor? Some of them have determination, great work ethos and the ability to think for themselves. So they work towards achieving goals that make them happy. They also maybe have lots of things in their life that brings them bundles of happiness. Happiness no material objects can begin to compare to. To me i don't seem them as poor or victims of poverty.
Instead i see those who refuse to use their innate ability to think or themselves as being truly poor. There is no winning or hope of making any situations easier for them, no matter how much they may have in their pocket. The ability not to be able to exercise reason and logic would make one more poor than anything else.
Victim of circumstance or not. Poverty is a mindset and also subjective.
