Today I went to take my kids to have lunch out. I knew they wanted to go to KFC, but I would like be more economical in this covid-19 situation. So, then I took them to JFC!

The main menu for Balinese and Indonesian who come to this kind of fast food restaurant is always steamed rice and fried chicken. That's the reason why McDonnald, KFC and most importantly JFC serve the most important meal in their menu: steamed rice and fried chicken.

This meal rarely fails to make Indonesian children unhappy.

From the poster on the wall, JFC also offer catering service for birthdays, parties, and wedding. Imagine to attend a wedding party with special menu in the food: fried chicken and steamed rice.

Now, I guess you have an idea how popular the JFC is.

JFC is a local fried chicken chain in Bali. It is started by a Balinese man whose name is Jaya. At first he tried different businesses from selling balloon, meat balls soup, bottled drinks and finally tried to operate motorcycle washing service. All those endeavor ended up fail.

In 2016 Jaya had an idea of starting a fried chicken business. He tried different recipe to make fried chickens and asked many friends to test the taste of his various fried chicken. After trying a dozen of fried chicken recipes, he finally came up with what we know today as Jaya Fried Chicken.

He is successful in the developing a JFC franchise business around Bali. And today we visited one of his 200 little restaurants in our town.

The chili sauce and tomato sauce little packages. Does the picture in the logo remind you of something?

So, that's a successful franchise business in Bali. If you want to start your JFC franchise business, for a start you could do so here with only USD 1500 (Well, me? Let me think about this!๐Ÿ˜… ๐Ÿ˜… )

Thanks.
