"My Steem Story"- By @oppongk, Synergetic moments of my Steem Hug !!!

Hello friends & allieds of Steem ecosystem my regards to you all. My millions thanks to @powerhousecreatives & all stakeholders of this great community. For offering us with this lovely Steem stories. Steem blockchain is more of cooperate body, group&team of members that work efficiently with mutual understanding. Blogging, upvoting, commenting, resteeming, following & feedbacks are some of these synergetic active works we do here, for everyone in Steem ecosystem. Though, we might communicate with sharing post with each other, but we may not know each other in persons, that really tells how committed & love we have for each other. And this make Steem community growing fast.

*My Steem Story, dozens & dossiers of words to share: We have many things to share on our "Steem Story." Since Steem has done alot of things in our lives. My experienced co-steemians have shared a lot of meaningful Steem journey, & I must say, I also have dozens of books & dossiers of papers to write about my Steem Story, but cannot finish all today, so I'll cut it down to few words because of time & for easy readable to mu fellow Steemians. To begin with; my Steem journey started in May 2018. Which means this May 2020 is exactly 2yrs being in Steem, which would be a great anniversary to celebrate with millions of Steemians here. I have not been hundred percent lucky in thriving in so many network marketing. I've ever incurred losses of millions of Ghana's cedis & ever wallowed myself in hardship due to deceiptive ponzi sheme I engaged myself in. It's sometimes good to share what we've been through which nearly dumpened our spirit so that it becomes a lesson to all of us. From there, I became so keen & conscious of enrolling myself in network marketing. When a friend of my gave me a gist about Steem, I nearly insulted him since I knew he wanted to throw dust on my eyes. I dragged my feet to register, all because I was doubting Steem. But, I remembered what "Richard Branson;" one of the great entrepreneur said: "that if someone offers you an amazing opportunity & you don't know how to do it, say yes & later learn how to do it." I put Steem into test, got in touch with my internet browser, & searched what this great community means & what at all does it do. I quickly made my comparison to other social media like "Whatsapps & Facebooks that I browse there freely without gaining any tokens; just waste of time, energy & data. But, with Steem, if there is a hope of getting some points or tokens which can be converted to usable money( Ghana cedis) why not give it a try & see the outcome? That was my starting point of my story in Steem in May 2018!

My Steem Story, creativity & original posts vs raw posts in Steem.

Not knowing that there is the different between writing texts on paper & writing texts on computer. Actually Steem blockchain isn't like writing posts on other social media, where you can copy & paste without crediting the author, at least recognising his handi work. Here in Steem, we are rewarded with some points or tokens, so everything should be sanitized, credible & original, so all posts are inspected with an in built watchmen, Steemcleaners. Even the less mistakes we overlook attracting downvotes & low rating arw strongly checked. All those things were my worries & difficult task since I wasn't used to those things in other social media. There was even sometimes I wasn't given credit to the images I was using with my posts. So, I was warned by some of our Steem monitors & my mentor prompted me to be very careful & helped me on how to give credit to images I use online. I found this to be very tedious work compare to posting raw posts. What even discouraged me more was adding creativity to my post to get more upvotes & recognitions. Because, at times you have to take your time get resources, language, & good title that suits the post, this as a result consumes time. Laterly, I realised that well garnished posts with ingredients are recognised by many Steem funs; whales, dolphins & minnows. On this note I had to work closely & hand-in-hand with my steem pioneers for more guidelines & advise, with this, many Ghanai Steemians around me were supporting me: @bigsam, @anaman, @collinz, @johnsonkoranteng and one Venezuelan humble gentlman @emilliocabrera who I used to chat with him through Whatsapp for some clarifications & projects upcoming in our community. During all these while, I was very active in @steemchurch & here is where I had spent most of my time in my steem story.

*The need to be synergetic with many people & many communities in Steem: Cooperatively, there is the need to work with many people & communities for a common purpose. I saw that to grow fast & know more stuff, we should inquire more from others. So, I began to learn more by visiting other Steemians blogs & other listed communities in steem. And to get thegreat people posting in Steem, then one must search for the renowned and popular #tags such as @steem & @steemit. Here is where I found a great Steem blogger called @runicar, who made a great post, I commemted & followed him. I booked arrangement to meet him on #discord for him to help me since his post was really superb & touching who savi teaching Steem methodology on how to earn & being well engaged. It was there that he gave me all the tricks, the kind of communities I can added them & post there, even the kind of steem dApp to delegate power & enjoy returns. I gave it a try and it worked for me per the advice.

Successes is not achieved in one day. It comes at a gradual process. And one can say success is at times inversery proportional to failure since it has not been all time success, nor all times failure, but where there is success, failure also must be there to pull you back. All these are part of the synopsis of business terms to avoid complacency & thought of being perfect or second to none. Of course my successes outweighs my failures. Because apart from my wife & my two kids, there is nothing more that give me love, happiness, joy, passion, companionship & great affection that Steem. I'm not tryong to build a castle in the air or brag from my mouth, Steem is my second home apart from my physical home. It has really reduced my stress level, instead of being idle & thinking when my kids & wife aren't with me. There is not single day of becoming bored, & Steem keeps me motivated even if the price is still low. I see Steem to be better still if 1Steem =Ghc1.20, the tokenized value that other social media have zero to offer us, yet we still spend our prescious time for them.

*My recommendations, advice & encouragement to all Steemians:

• We are inclined plane that would help Steem to be uplifted on top of the Crypto decentralized applications. Team work, hardwork, cooperation, love & unity would push Steem. If we are segregated we can't act as the inclined plane therefore our effort, purpose or vision would be vanquished & come to not.

When I cast my mind back, who should I remember & invite him? Most Stwemians to whom I envisioned Steem have become weak & fragile in this race, they have left some gap betweeen them & Steem. But I think when they are remembered and call them back, motivated & share our success story how important Steem need them, they would actually come.
