Answer to Last Weeks Question

In a nutshell, yes my curation did increase over previous weeks. I do not feel as if I have changed my voting habits very much in the last two week, other than now voting on some comments.

The best Curation week I had was $8.309, and that was last week. Up to about the point I received the curation I was averaging about $6.05 a week. This week a little over $14.00.

The delegation I received almost doubled my HP and I hope that I can continue with the curation rewards I have been receiving as a result. I have always know the more HP the greater your curation reward, and that has definitely been proved out.

So here is the Chart:

Vote CSI 16.3 ( 0.00 % self, 269 upvotes, 124 accounts, last 7d )1

1Vote CSI is from Beeme.Icu, and the APR is from hivestats.io

Week eleven was split between the two months, the total column is the one we are interested in.

Post:

A nice increase from my regular 2 or 3 post f the past. It is summer in Alaska, and I have been sharing some of our Alaska mountains and birds. I hope to get some nice reflection pictures on some of the lakes. Summer just seems like a time to share pictures, so a few more post.

Replies and Comments:

A little bit of an increase but not much, I still enjoy reading and sometimes commenting, and I am trying to drop a few more lines than normal. It is not easy to do some days. I firmly believe that one of the best ways to grow an account is to be involved in the communities, and the only way people know if you are involved is if you leave comments. We are a social block chain, and I believe we are trying to break out of the normal media by making meaningful, thoughtful comments.

Current Reputation Level:

A point .127 increase, that is primarily due to the increased postings. Prior to this week, the best weekly growth I recall seeing was a .075, so I like that number. I may be a reputation of 67 in a couple of months if I can keep posting content people like to vote on.

Earnings:

I have been trying to learn a little bit more on my spreadsheet, being inspired by both Asher and @paulag. I don't have excel, but her, (Paula's), lessons are still very handy and useful. So I spent the last 3 days trying to learn how to make a pie chart.

Now you might note that the HBD is noted as HBD-C on my pie chart and that the number does not really correspond to any in the chart above. I utilized today's HBD to Hive Market price and converted the HBD's into the equivalent of Hive so I could have a more clear idea of my earnings distribution.

As you can see this last week was pretty evenly split. I think next week the split will not be so even as I have made a few more post than last week, but it is nice to have a visual of where the earnings are coming from, so I am glad I spent the time learning a little bit about the charts in the program I use.

Curation APR %

I am liking seeing this number, last week when I checked I was down at the 6.0 range, and as you can see this week up in the 9% range. I wonder if I will see a double digit number anytime soon. I don't know how the people at Leo Finance figure the number, but I am glad they do, it has recently become on of my favorites to see.

Conclusion:

The doubling of my HP via the delegation has certainly help in the curation arena for me, I continue to pull my steem out and convert it and hope to be able to reach dolphinhood on Hive next week. I will miss the delegations when they are gone, but I am doing everything I can to take full advantage of it, and to try and keep my HP growing.

So I had a fun week both on and off the computer. It is nice to have nice weather and temperatures that do not turn you blue.
