Are you using the Internal Market to trade HIVE/HBD?

Lately I have been observing, and using, the HIVE Internal market in order to trade HIVE for HBD .

The current spread, difference between sell and buy orders, is a good opportunity in order to increase HIVE stake, at least it is what I am doing...

Selling high and buying low...

The internal market is nowadays not so dynamic, I guess users still have to realize that is a good opportunity to play with so orders are filled slowly but I think it would be good to have some activity there.

How many of you guys use the internal market?
