WOW! An overnight change in such practices is incredible. To my knowledge, South Indian states had a long tradition of serving coffee in small metal tumblers, which still continues. So probably, it wasn't too difficult for them. May be, the Government took some additional measures. But this is an awesome news for me. Thanks for informing me abut TN!
