In the UK, 1.9 million people—3.86% of its population—currently hold Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, according to research from the UK’s financial regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The numbers are rising year in year out. There is an increase cryptocurrency exposure mostly Bitcoin from 42% in 2019 to 73% in 2020 in UK. And interestingly most are in for the long term, HODLing for over three years.
Every increment of new comers to crypto is growth towards adoption and when people begin to HODL for long term it is a sign of believing in the future of cryptocurrencies.

It appears 3 years and above are targets for crypto HODLers with 5 to 10 years being most common time HODLing duration people are willing to put in the wait. Likewise on Hive here some of the long term players are willing to put in the 5 to 10 years wait.

The crypto virus is spreading and in this case vaccines won't be a solution to stop the spread. The more people wake up and start accumulating cryptocurrencies the better equipped to protect their funds from central authorities.
We've got to stacking up!

We owe it to ourselves to make Hive great
